Courtroom Testimony and Report Writing for Criminal Justice Professionals

We strive to provide courtroom testimony training and professional development to our county correction staff and directors. We also welcome any law enforcement that are interested. The instructor is Ms. Jo Ann Linzer, a criminal defense lawyer in Montgomery County. She brings years of knowledge and experience to our trainings.
This class is limited to 25 participants.

Business Casual
Clothing should be professional, and no caps/hats or shorts are permitted. Slacks, khakis, skirts, dresses, button-downs, or blouses are acceptable. It is always recommended to bring a light jacket in case the training room is cold.

Lunch is on your own. There will be a one-hour break.

Cancellation Policy: Registered conference participants will be responsible for 50% of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program.

Cancellations received after this deadline will incur 100% of the registration fee.

If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant or agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if it has not already been paid.

Substitutions of attendees are permitted at any time.
